Tues - Chicken and rice (Lipton rice sides)
Wed - Salisbury Steak (Make ahead have 11 YO son put in oven)
Thurs - (Ok I have not planned that far yet)
Fri - Unsure - Tuna Noodle casserole

Haven't made tuna casserole in forever.....now I'm in the mood for it :)
I enjoy tuna casserole but my husband and son don't. When I'm in the mood, I purchase Stouffer's tuna cassorole.
How long does 11 y/o son take to cook in the oven and do you have a sauce with that? :-)
The rest of the menu sounds good to me and not typical fo the UK
