Happy Monday everyone: Here's my list
Monday - (Ground Beef night) - Meatloaf
Tuesday - Chicken breasts - Have not decided on a prep method
Wednesday - Pork - Crockpot
Thursday - Pizza at DS11's end og the season soccer party at a local Pizza Joint
Friday - Tuna Noodle Casserole befoe the football game.

I did chicken breast last week and put them in a zippy bag with louisiana hot sauce and melted butter. They got marinated for two days - they were good but spicy. DD asked me not to marinate them for so long the next time!
